Individual/Small Group Training

Individual Training

(1 on 1)

Work 1 on 1 with Coach James and improve your skill set with drills designed specifically to target your weaknesses and improve on them. Training sessions will be an hour and a half long. Athletes will be given training programs to complete during their own individual time. Players under our 1 on 1 program will have the opportunity to have their games analysed by Coach James to further design training programs specific to the athlete.

$110+GST Per session

Small Group Training

(2 - 4)

If you have a small group of friends who would like to work on your game together, we offer small group training sessions. These sessions will be designed to improve the groups skills set as well as incorporating game like situations to develop the groups basketball IQ. Strength and conditioning  sessions are also available with our small group training. We can also come to you if you have a gym that is suitable and local to the Waikato area.
